Wedding Shooting Guide
Your responsibilities for the day
01. Family & Kids
Film parents' and grandparents' reactions. Get a few nice shots of Finn, Millie and Beckham when they're happy together or interacting with the bride and groom. Don't film the kids doing random things all day.
02. Watch the Cameras
Stay beside the two tripod cameras. One is wide and one is zoomed in. Elham will set everything up. Make sure BOTH cameras stay recording and nobody blocks them. Do not move the cameras.
03. Hugs & Reactions
Film people hugging and congratulating Emily and Brayton. Focus on happy, emotional moments. Get what you can.
04. Guests Having Fun
This is important for the wedding film. Get short clips of family, friends and younger guests talking, laughing and smiling. Focus on people interacting, not just standing.
05. Zoom Camera
Use the zoom lens Elham gives you. Stay in your assigned spot and keep the dancers in frame while Elham films with the gimbal. Once the dances finish, you're free!
Keep your shots steady.
Quality over quantity.
Don't change camera settings.
If unsure, ask Elham.
